CLIENT: AKKA, internal projects

DESCRIPTION

During periods between client assignments, I was involved in a range of internal projects aimed at supporting skills development, technical experimentation, and showcasing the company’s expertise.

ROLE

• Co-created and delivered a presentation on applying business rule methodologies to image analysis systems
• Contributed to the annual AKKA Awards event in Berlin by presenting the Drawing Comparison Tool, developed for TOYOTA MOTOR EUROPE, including both the proof-of-concept and full scale project
• Set up a Continuous Integration (CI) system to streamline development workflows for internal teams
• Coached junior developers and non-technical colleagues to prepare them for upcoming assignments
• Assisted the HR team in building and configuring the company’s SharePoint intranet site
• Built and tested the Android OS on a PandaBoard with a touchscreen interface to explore embedded system capabilities
